Birthstones explained
Each month is associated with a specific gemstone. In addition also your date of birth and your zodiac sign can determine which gemstones have the most positive effect on you. The use of birthstones goes back to the Old Testament. In the book of Exodus, a passage describes how a scholar associated twelve stones with the twelve months of the year.
Other jewellers might offer you different birthstones. At atelier elisa lee we only opt for stronge stone. Opal for example is way too fragile.
