Welcome to our jewellery clinic for refreshing your Elisa Lee jewel. Even if your warranty has expired, we are still happy to take care of your jewellery. Questions, comments, or unable to fully resolve it? Mail atelier@elisalee.be. We are happy to help you!

We offer a 2 years guarantee for production errors. This warranty applies to normal use only and does not apply to wear and tear of the glass or gilding. Exchange is possible up to 3 weeks after the purchase if the jewel is unworn. We do not exchange custom-made jewellery. There is never a guarantee if you loose a jewel.

If you send us your jewel by post, we will send it back to you by registered mail free of charge. You can also pick it up in one of our shops if you like.
