How to order an item?

  • Browse our website and click on any jewelry piece or photo to view more details about the item or to see a larger image.
  • Click "shop" to access the webshop and use the "add to cart" button to add an item to your shopping cart.
  • You can select multiple items.
  • Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to view your full order.
  • Adjust the desired quantity of each item or remove items you do not wish to purchase.
  • Click on "checkout" to proceed with payment and select your preferred payment method.
  • Our shop automatically connects you to the Mollie payment system, where you can complete your payment using a bank card or a PAYPAL account.
  • If you do not yet have a PAYPAL account, you can create one for free to ensure secure online payments.

Placing an Order
Customers can purchase jewelry from various collections online.
The purchase is finalized when the customer submits their order by clicking the "order button." You will then receive a confirmation email from Elisa Lee. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at atelier@elisalee.be. The items will be delivered to the address specified in the confirmation email.

Payment Methods
Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • Bank card
  • PAYPAL account

Terms and Conditions
Elisa Lee reserves the right to accept or decline orders. Upon request, customers will be informed of the reason for refusal. We cannot accept orders from minors. If a minor wishes to purchase an item on our site, the order must be placed and paid for by a legal guardian.

A valid agreement exists between you and Elisa Lee when we confirm your order via our website. However, Elisa Lee may impose additional conditions for certain orders, such as those placed by minors, incomplete orders, or cases where previous orders were unpaid.

Offer
All products offered by Elisa Lee are described in as much detail as possible. Offers and prices are valid on the day they are displayed on our website.

Please note that items on our website may not be depicted at their actual size. Colors may vary due to monitor settings and differences in photography.

Depending on the production process, the color of solid gold may vary. This is inherent to the material.

Pricing and Invoicing
The prices displayed on the website at the time of order placement are the applicable prices. Prices during the purchase process are expressed in euros and include VAT and administrative costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included and will be charged separately.

Elisa Lee cannot be held liable for typographical errors in offers. We reserve the right to adjust the indicated price.

The prices of our jewelry may fluctuate due to changes in the value of silver and gold. The price at the time of order placement is binding.

Quotes for custom jewelry are valid for 30 days. After this period, adjustments may apply.

Products remain the property of Elisa Lee until fully paid for, including all associated costs. Invoices will be sent electronically unless otherwise agreed.

Customization and upcycling
If customization is involved, a jewel cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Customization means the customization or coloring of a collection jewel or a new design.
If the order is discontinued for customization or upcycling for any reason, the deposit or design costs incurred cannot be refunded.

Delivery
Elisa Lee ensures delivery within six to eight weeks after the confirmation email, as all jewelry is custom-made.

Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during checkout and are responsible for this choice. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If a package is not received or collected, it will be returned to Elisa Lee. We will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery, which may incur additional shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Belgium: €10 for orders under €500; free shipping for orders above €500 unless stated otherwise.
  • Within Europe: €10 for registered shipping.
  • Outside Europe: €65 for registered shipping.

Shipping costs for gift vouchers are €10.

Liability
Elisa Lee is not responsible for incorrect customer-provided data. Customers are advised to inform us immediately of address changes to avoid miscommunication.

Visible defects or order discrepancies must be reported in writing within three days of receipt. Returned jewelry must be unworn. Non-compliance with these conditions may render complaints invalid.

Right of Withdrawal
Custom-made jewelry cannot be exchanged or canceled after order placement. By paying a deposit, customers confirm their agreement with the order.

Warranty
All Elisa Lee jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding wear and tear. A certificate of authenticity is provided for solid gold jewelry and diamonds.

Jewelry Care
To prolong the lifespan of your jewelry, follow the care instructions provided.
