The Abalone Shell was created in co-creation with internationally acclaimed stylist Tom Eerebout.
Its counter-clockwise spiral defies convention — most shells turn right, but this one turns left. It stands for those who dare to go against the current and stay true to their own rhythm. The abalone shell is known for its protective nature. In some cultures, it is placed beside newborns to offer spiritual safety. Its spiral shape is believed to balance emotions and bring comfort in times of anxiety, sorrow, or worry.
This talisman ring features a hinged shell that opens to reveal a hidden compartment inside — a secret space to keep something precious or find quiet reassurance.
The domed ring has a glossy finish, with a top surface of approximately 22 x 24 mm, mounted on our signature blow ring.
