The Abalone Shell was born from a heartfelt co-creation with internationally acclaimed stylist Tom Eerebout. The abalone shell has held symbolic meaning across cultures for centuries. For Tom, it brings back cherished memories of his childhood in Bredene, on the Belgian coast — holding shells to his ear to hear the ocean’s murmur. That sense of calm and wonder is exactly what he hopes to translate into this poetic piece.
To Tom, the abalone talisman is a personal emblem of strength and trust; a fragment of the sea to carry with you, allowing you to shine wherever you are.
The shell, polished to a luminous shine, measures 55x98 mm and features a curved ear hook with a delicate bridge that rests gently on the auricle. Available in (gold plated) sterling silver, or solid 18K yellow, rose or white gold.
